I currently offer 1:1 personal training sessions via Zoom.
The great thing about this is that you can be based anywhere and I can still be your trainer.
Prior to our first session there is a consultation form for you to fill out. This gives you the opportunity to tell me what it is you would like to achieve while working together and gives me the opportunity to decide how best to help you reach those goals. I also asks what equipment you have available in your home so we can incorporate what you have.
No equipment? No problem.
I can program our workouts regardless and I guarantee you will have an excellent session.
