Are you ready to show up?

How do you show up for yourself?


What do you do each day that aligns with the person you want to be?


You might not have ever thought about it.


Maybe no one has asked you before.


This is what I ask my clients.


I believe that making a change starts with how you feel about yourself, your why and ultimately your inner state of being – not a calorie target or specific workout plan.


Although you get both of those things when you work with me, it’s irrelevant.


You can go to any online coach and get these things; you don’t want to pay?

Google it.

Use an online calorie calculator and search full body workouts and you will find everything you need.


Why then, do women invest in themselves to work with me?


Because what I do is about more than fat loss or building some muscle in the gym.


I remember going on my first diet.


I was about 13 years old, and I read in a magazine about a celebrity who I admired and how she ate.


In the TV show I watched this actress in, her character had everything – everything we are told as a young girl you should have.


The perfect body, hairstyle, boys chasing her and a group of girls who idolised her more than I did as an awkward teenager watching on my small tv in my bedroom.


I started to believe that’s what I needed to be to be accepted.


And that how I was as I am, wasn’t good enough.


Can you relate?


What continued after that first diet was close to 15 years of yo-yo dieting, negative self-talk, punishing myself and believing if I was different, I’d be better.


Add to this my professional career as both a performer and a model beginning in my early twenties and it was a recipe for disaster.


The pattern that unfolded was that the worse I felt about myself, the less I showed up for myself.


I would believe I was a failure because I couldn’t stick to a specific diet or workout routine and as a result self-sabotage, overeat and pretty much scream ‘fuck it’ and do everything opposite to what would support me live a full and healthy life.


Smoking, drinking, staying out all night, you name it I’ve probably done it.


There’s nothing you could tell me that would shock or surprise me.

This was a clients check in.


I think that’s what I am most proud of within my business. That I have created a safe space where women feel confident in confiding in me.


The thing is, having someone in your corner who can remind you that there’s nothing wrong with you for self-sabotaging and for having those nasty thoughts, helps you understand that showing yourself compassion and being kind to yourself is the real secret to achieving your goals.


This helps you become the woman you want to be – the woman you already are, you’ve just not believed in yourself enough yet to step into her power.


When you overeat, drink, avoid exercising or call yourself a failure its because you’re hurting.

In those moments you need the most love and care.


That’s what I want to help you with.


You have a biscuit, maybe a whole pack.


Instead of then ordering the entire dominos menu because you tell yourself you’ve ‘ruined your diet!’ and continue your evening eating until it hurts - you stop.


You ask yourself why?


Were you sad, stressed, angry?


Where you just hungry because you spent the day trying to eat as little as possible?

Because you’ve been conditioned to believe that as a woman you must eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight.


Whatever it is, you don’t hate yourself.


You breath and you make sure your next choice supports the goal you are working towards because you understand that you deserve that care.


You deserve that love and care regardless of what you eat, how you exercise or the size of your jeans.
