But what does 'eat better' mean to you?
🍏Do you mean you want to include more nutrient dense foods, drink more water or have a few less takeaways?
🍕Or maybe you want to eat a piece of cake without feeling guilty, enjoy a pizza with your best friend without thinking about the calories or have a chocolate biscuit without obsessing over it.
💚'Eating better' means something different to everyone and its important to be clear on your goal and why you're doing it to increase your chances of success.
FYI 'eating better' does not mean depriving and punishing yourself by eliminating your favourite foods and eating 'clean'...
The only dirty foods are the bits you drop on the floor - and even then you've got the 3 second rule 😏😂
