What is #SHAPEUPIN6 and how can it help you?

I know what it's like to lose your way.


When you find yourself in a rut and want that extra push to get back 'on track'.


I usually dislike that expression 'getting back on track'. I have too many questions; Where is the track? What is it? What did I actually fall off of?


But I think being 'off track' is a feeling that a lot of us can relate to.

It's when you stop putting yourself first.


You start to skip the little things - a quick walk on your lunch break, allowing those 10 minutes in the morning to pack a lunch, remembering your water bottle...

On their own it's not a big deal.

But very quickly you start skipping workouts, you feel sluggish, tired, you're scrolling Instagram when you wake up and before you go to bed and you have that 'eugh' feeling.


You know the one.


You feel 'eugh.'


So what actually happened?

You stopped making yourself a priority.


Whether it be because of time, family or work commitments - all valid reasons.

But you forgot something important - when we honour ourselves, when we do the things that make us feel fitter, stronger and more confident, everyone around us benefits.

You are a happier you for your family, your children, your friends.

That confidence reflects in your work, you feel more positive, capable of putting yourself out there to take those risks.

You are capable and you believe it.

You back yourself.

You don't have to trust the process because you trust yourself.

Investing in ourselves is one of the greatest things we can do.

I created #SHAPEUPIN6 for that reason.

It's not a meal plan or about restricting during the 6 weeks.

It's about learning about habits, focusing on small wins and incorporating doable tasks into your daily routine so that we make a lifestyle change.
